The ANC Foundation offers scholarship awards to junior, senior or graduate students who demonstrate academic excellence and an understanding of the issues facing public sector retirement plans. Working with the International Foundation for Retirement Education (InFRE), a 501(c)(3) retirement certification organization that Art Caple helped found, the ANC Foundation will evaluate scholarship applications from participating universities, and acknowledge scholarship winners and the universities they represent during a conference general session.

Scholarship opportunities include:

The highest award to a single student:

  • $5,000 to be used toward educational expenses
  • Registration, travel and hotel accommodations for the NAGDCA Annual Meeting (valued at $1,800)
  • Enrollment in the Certified Retirement Counselor® (CRC®) certification program, materials and exams (valued at $900)
Additional ANC Foundation Scholarship Awards:
  • Six students will receive full travel and lodging expenses for the NAGDCA Annual Meeting, and the registration fee will be waived.
